Ciampa brings extensive experience, having worked at top agencies including Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Tribal DDB, McKinney, and Digitas. He founded the digital departments at Deutsch and Houston Herstek Favat. 

Ciampa has built apps, brand identities, digital campaigns, massive experiences, products, pop-up stores, responsive websites, robots and pretty much anything you can name. He has worked on a wide range of clients including Adidas, Converse, IKEA, Intel, Nike, Mini, Puma, Salesforce, SoFi, Tanqueray, Tesla, Yahoo! and Virgin Atlantic. 

A passionate motorcycle racer and skilled mechanic. In 2010 Ciampa iron-manned the legendary Baja 1000, he is still recovering.
